Micron air jet sieve manual is the operating principle of micron Air Jet Sieve particle analyzer (HMKTest) AIR-200 is as follows:

Negative pressure is generated through the special vacuum cleaner of micron Air Jet Sieve Instrument. Air pressure produces a jetting air. jetting air flows through the air jet technology screen nozzles. The micron air jet sieve nozzle converts this negative pressure into air jet sieving force.  This air jet force pushes the particles towards the test sieve screen causing them to collide with the sieve cover to eliminate aggregation. Then the dispersed particles are attracted to the standard screen mesh by the negative pressure, and the large particles stay on the surface of the standard screen mesh.(Oversize) The small particles passed through the standard test sieve mesh smoothly(Undersize). The purpose of air jet sieve is realized.
